I must admit, the holidays last year were a whirlwind for me. Too many places to be and people to see, it all went by so quickly and suddenly it was 2013. This year, Thanksgiving is going to be more low key and relaxed. I hope to stay in the present moment and enjoy it. I found this hot chai cider just in time for Thanksgiving, it’s perfect for a comforting finale to your delicious meal.
- 1 c Apple cider or juice
- 1c water
- 1 chai tea bag
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Combine the cinnamon sticks in a pot with the chai tea bag, water, and apple cider. Let simmer, serve and enjoy!
